During the first week of November 2007, I presented on the topic of Rav Moshe's teshuvah on learning from a book during the prayer leader's repetition of The Prayer.   Each week at YCT this year, different students take turn by the week to present, over the course of three different days, on teshuvot by Rav Moshe Feinstein.   For my week, I chose the topic of learning from a book during the prayer leader's repetition.   The source sheet I prepared with the teshuvah is available here.
